- Fixed a bug in the media detection. Some CDR medias do not report proper 
  atip information, and BCD would stop after "BCD: Checking media type".
  BCD now assumes CDR media when no atip info is returned.

- Dropped aspi_you.exe for device detection. Aspi_you gives trouble on some XP 
  systems. Now using cdrecord -scanbus, this also works OK on XP.
- Added burnfree (burnproof) detection, if drive supports it BCD will auto-
  enable it.
- Fixed bug in CDR detection. I didn't test it (have no CDR drive) but I hope 
  it works.
- Some small cosmetic changes.
- Using setlocal and endlocal.
